CULTURE SUPPORTING WOKR-LIFE BALANCE

During the month June we supported 4 teams all together 16 employees in nationwide challenge „DO PRÁCE NA BICYKLI“

One of them was so successful that won the first place from all 4251 teams in country. Our 4 colleagues from victorious team rode 7195,91km on bikes, within the one month.

The end of competition for us does not mean that we will put the bikes away at home. In ISDD+ have employees conditions for commuting to work by bicycle – we have locked garage for bikes,  showers for employees and if it´s necessary washing machine also.
